The fish process begins when the product is received in Venezuela on the shores of the beach, either from Isla de Margarita, Santa Fé, Cumaná or Araya.
Once it is received, it is weighed and the value is paid to the fisherman. From there it is transported to our plant in Venezuela: there it is received, washed, processed, filleted, the whole process required in these cases is done.
Then we proceed to pack it to the vacuum, it is notched, it is put in boxes, it is weighed again and it is strapped. From there we accumulate it in Caracas.
From Caracas, and when we have the amount of 46,000 pounds, we request the container, fill it, send it by sea through an international line.
In seventeen days the product is received in the United States. Upon arrival, the container is unloaded and stored in a cold logistic operator.
Finally, it is sold within the United States, in Miami and other cities
